Data Deletion

This page explains how to remove your data from Commnd, a product of Vallejo Labs. There are three ways to do it, depending on how much you want removed. All of them are free, and none of them require you to give a reason.

We confirm within 5 business days and finish within 30 days.
Option 1 — Disconnect one platform
Use this when you want Commnd to stop reading a specific platform, such as Meta Ads, Facebook Pages or Instagram, but want to keep using Commnd for everything else.
There are two ways, and they do different things:
a. Cut our access at the source
Revoke Commnd from the platform's own settings. For Meta, open Facebook Settings → Business Integrations, find Commnd, and remove it. Meta invalidates our token straight away and we lose access at that moment.
b. Tell us to delete what we already hold
Email admin@myaimatch.ai with the subject
Disconnect and delete and name the platform. You can see which platforms are
currently connected at any time under Settings → Connections in
app.commnd.com.
Either way, once we process the request:
- The access token for that platform is deleted from our systems, not just marked inactive. We can no longer reach your account.
- All scheduled jobs that read that platform stop.
- Metrics already collected from that platform are erased within 30 days. Ask us and we will do it immediately.
Option 2 — Delete your user account
Use this when you personally are leaving, but your organization continues without you.
- Email admin@myaimatch.ai from the address you sign in with.
- Subject:
Delete my account.
We remove your name, email address, profile image and organization membership. Recommendations you approved keep an anonymous marker in the audit record, because we are required to be able to show that a change was authorised — but it no longer identifies you.
Option 3 — Delete your organization and everything in it
This is the complete erasure. Use it when you are finished with Commnd.
- Email admin@myaimatch.ai from an address that is an administrator of the organization.
- Subject:
Delete my organization. - Include the organization name so we delete the right one.
We verify that you administer the organization, then delete it. We ask for that check precisely so that nobody else can delete your data by pretending to be you.
What gets deleted, and when

What we keep, and why
Two narrow things survive deletion, and neither identifies a person:
- Audit records of changes Commnd wrote to a connected platform on your instruction — kept 24 months and then deleted. They exist so that both of us can prove what was changed and that it was approved. They are stripped of personal identifiers.
- Billing records, where we are required to keep them by tax and accounting law.
How you know it happened
We reply to every deletion request in writing, confirming what was deleted and on what date. If you asked for a specific platform such as Meta, we name it in the confirmation. Keep that email — it is your record.
